Update: 10.2.1.1055 leak has updates for these bars!
Here are the 10.2.1 bars I have found to work on 10.2.0. I have personally tested most of these and have been confirmed working by others:

Updates from 10.2.1.1055 MEGA link (individual files thanks to thurask)
    com.rim.bb.app.adobeReader-10.1.8.13
    sys.appworld-5.0.0.54
    sys.btviewer-10.2.1.13
    sys.calculator-10.2.1.14
    sys.camera-10.200.1.41
    sys.cfs.box-1.2.1.30
    sys.cfs.dropbox-1.2.1.24
sys.clock-11.20.1.28 (shows weather in world clock)

    sys.data.bluetooth-10.2.1.8
    sys.hotspotBrowser-10.2.1.77

Social Media (one is for the app, the other is for the OS integration)
    com.rim.bb.app.facebook-10.2.2.8

    com.twitter-10.2.1.20

    sys.uri.youtube-10.2.1.165
    sys.socialconnect.youtube-10.1.2.26

Note: sys.browser-10.2.1.77 doesn't function properly and also BB Maps will crash (no pun intended) but previous versions work. I haven't tested the Android runtime but have read there are issues on 10.2.0. MEGA link to 1791 bars incase you need to revert back any bars.

    sys.dxtg.stg-10.12.1.28

    sys.android-10.2.1.20.bar
    sys.android.shell-10.2.1.13.bar

From 10.2.1.641[/B] MEGA LINK (individual files. thanks to thurask)

sys.calculator-10.2.1.5.bar (not sure whats different, but it works)

sys.sysmon-1.0.1.8.bar (Device Monitor shows detailed usage, battery, graphs, etc..of individual apps. Must have!)
sys.weather-10.2.1.9.bar (has an hourly slider that shows hourly weather changes...may not show on Q5/Q10)

Android Runtime - unlocked with removable bar
sys.android.shell.bar and sys.android.bar are both for the unlocked android runtime and it works...but there are numerous reports of it having excess runtime reloads and data connection issues. haven't tried it
Docs To Go (More options and features and seems a bit faster.)
    sys.dxtg.launcher-10.12.1.30.bar
    sys.dxtg.ssg-10.12.1.30.bar
    sys.dxtg.stg-10.12.1.25.bar
    sys.dxtg.wtg-10.12.1.30.bar

All the 10.2.1 bars can be found on the links provided above. Just download the bar files you wish and sideload.

Detailed changelogs (thanks to ofutur) HERE (641), HERE (575) and HERE (476)

Note: it is wise to do a backup before you sideload any of these. I have tested them on 10.2.0.1791 STL100-3 unless noted. Use at your own risk. Incase you may need a bar file from 10.2.0.1791, I have uploaded them all HERE (individual files. Note:radio file is for STL100-2/3/4).

If there is a bar or something I've missed in the description, please share.

    Thank you BerryLeaks team!

Facebook and Adobe Reader are working over here on 1791.

Not sure what's changed with Facebook, but I think Adobe Reader has some annotation updates.

I have the vibrating alarm option on .1791 already - been there since .1725 at the very least, in fact. All the other new features look quite nifty however.

    Hi Thurask,

Will loading bars from .641/.575 on 10.2.0.1743 work. or Do i move to .1791? Also, is there any bar file, that can run FM on 10.2.0.xxxx?

    I have a Q10.

    Thanks

It should work, although it would depend on the bar. I recommend sticking with suggestions made in this thread.

Also, if you want FM radio, install sys.airtunes.bar.

Great! Thanks, I shall upgrade to 1791, and sileload the bars suggested. One more question, where/How do I see the FM button or app?

It would be a tab within the Music app.

I wouldn't install sys.sysmon because you're missing the updated backend and so will be missing most of the graphs.

You need 10.2.1 CoreOS for it to work

I've had great functionality using sys.sysmon including app graphs for battery, cpu, memory, data usage on network and wifi. Haven't noticed any issues.

I've just checked again and you're right.
Most graphs are missing after a reboot, but after a while everything is showing. Thanks for the update.

    Love the new device monitor.
Only have a few glitches with the graphs as you can see in the attached pic. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I think they should add a stop all running apps/tasks button and I hope they readd the ability (they probably will...) to select an app and stop it, without opening the app
