My take:

On 10.2.2 = Don't bother

On 10.2.1.3253 = Load core OS/radio

On 10.2.1.3247/3175 = Load core OS/radio plus whatever apps are different between 3247/3253

On any other 10.2.1 = Autoload this or 10.2.2.1531

I think that's exactly what I'll do too. Other than my VVM not working, my phone still tells me when I've got a voice mail. I don't know what I'm paying $2.99/mo. for. All else on 10.2.2 works just fine, in my case.

No, I busted my phone last week trying that. You will want to make a backup then do an autoloader, not sure if the backup will be restorable though

Same as... 10.2.2 I personally would not recommend, it sure acts weird. Vodafone (TalkTalk) here in the UK. It does seem quite buggy and just doesn't seem as polished as 10.2.1, yes I know 10.2.1 is on a higher build but lets be honest 10.2.2 is only 10.2.1 with an extra layer of security for the Germans.

It might be just my Z10 but felt I better throw it out there in case anyone is querying releases.

I tried just the radio bar from this build on my test Verizon Q10 and in my opinion it is crap. Weaker signal and takes forever to switch back to LTE from 1X/3G.
