WiFi bug still there on my Q10, though the phone does feel more responsive as others have noted.

Did you wipe your device after loading the new OS? What can happen is old files from the previous OS that weren't properly removed can mess up the current OS that is installed. To fix this the only way is to wipe the device.

New little feature? My previous delete option is pre-selected. Like having the option each time I delete a message, this makes life just a little easier.

Can anyone help - to get rid of an annoying feature --> when in HUB to read a message or create one - a 'header' is displayed with Name of Sender or 'Compose' - takes away display area to read messages. ...can it be turned off?
*already looked around in settings but seem not to find any method.

Otherwise new update works great on my Q10. ...loving this phone.

What I like is now I can do this (delete from HuB and server) with a bunch of emails before I could do it just one at a time.

no i did a clean wipe then to restore i just manually installed apps using bb world and used my contacts from hotmail and gmail to populate my contacts. i never use BBLink to do a restore.

it really depends on what files? if theyre documents videos and mp3's move them to your SD card before the wipe.

At first it was slightly laggy, then I saw it was indexing contacts.

it feels slightly faster overall, however it's first day of usage. Let's see how it works after two weeks without restarting.

does not allow or say delete from hub and server. anybody else having this issue

It's not an issue really. Go to your email settings, select display and actions, scroll down to the drop down menu and select 'prompt' if that's what you want. Or choose a default setting.

The only noticeable difference so far is that my Q10's battery dropped below the 14% mark and my phone has not shutdown yet. I always faced the issue where my phone would shut down when it reaches 12-14% of battery. I'm at 9% right now and it's still going on.

EDIT: I was wondering for the past 24 hours why my Q10 felt very fast when switching between accounts in the Hub (WhatsApp, BBM, Gmail, etc.) and I just realized now that it is definitely because of the update.This was one of the first things I noticed in 10.3 on my Z10 and I'm glad it made its way to my Q10 now. Well done BlackBerry!

Are you sure? I always have it set to ask me if I want to 'delete from hub/delete from hub and server' and I've always had to select one or the other.

First impressions? Well, what's funny is that after I got my Q10 on May 8, I noticed there was an upgrade to 10.2 on my phone, so I plugged it in and did an OTA on WiFi. Took about two hours - the update was well over 900 MB. And it is the exact same version that's been released? Huh? BTW, I'm on AT&T in the US, where it won't be available until mid to late June? Come again? This CAME from AT&T!!!

Be that as it may, it's the only OS version to which I'm accustomed on my Q10. So I've actually been running it for about 4 weeks. I can say this though - it runs a lot smoother than my Bold 9900. None of the dreaded double-typing and I've also been using a 64GB SD card since Day 1.

I'm on Verizon and I have that feature. I certainly didn't get it from the latest update ;-)

Update (98MB) took a lot (about 1h 15m).

My initial impressions:
- android apps performance no better
- no improvements in performance (lags, app load times, in-app performance)
- faster animations (eg: active frames open/minimize/close, homescreen app swipes, etc)

that's awesome, people have been asking for this a while.. I've had the ability to choose for indiv emails but not for multiple on .2273

interesting this is solved in a 10.2.1.xxxx build now though, cuz I don't recall seeing it mentioned in the 10.3 thread, but maybe I just missed it.
