I'm in singapore and I just received it about two hours back. The only noticeable difference was Facebook notifications opening from the hub. When I updated to 10.2.1, my facebook notifications always failed to open on my z10. After this latest update, the problem seems to have been solved. I did not receive the update notification on my q5 though... but my q5 never had any hub issues after the 10.2.1 update anyways.

I got it with z30 rogers today as well.. will update later.. hoping it fixes my Facebook notifications and my cell signal dropping multiple times a day.. anybody notice if it effect battery?

This update ruined bbm and Gmail. I don't game and I certainly don't APK. Pissed off, ruined 3 z10's on my family plan. Wiped, it doesn't fix, so don't reply with non-helpful suggestions. In other words, look at my sig.
