Strange ! i updated first with the bigger file, reboot, then updated radio file, and reboot. No access to hub, so now i'm updating apps to see where it goes.

About the radio: I still don't think 1925 will be official, if it is something weird is up(but will come with 1926 radio), because there are 2xxx builds out there, unless they plan to give 1925 as official then another 10.2.1.2xxx-higher as maintenance

Ok so when you loaded the os bar u rebooted and got the error? That's normal because you'll den have a 10.2.1 with 10.1 radio

How about disabling radio, load the radio then the OS?

This is exactly the same version as the one released a month ago. Build 648923 from the 19th of December.
No reason to waste bandwidth.

Hopefully an updated Android runtime will be available as a separate download...

Yeah, that would be the only reason, but very convoluted solution if the apps are really not updated via the desktop upgrade bar.

I think destructive is the best way. Makes the device nice and fresh. These people having issues. Just go to the 1925 leak thread and run the autoloader. Less issues.

Agreed- just run the autoloader and start fresh with the device. I always do with leaks and I never seem to have the myriad of issues others do who restore, etc.

Also I have the 1926 radio, and have for a while, works much better for me then 1899. Battery life for me was atrocious until I updated the radio. I'm on a Vzw Z30

If you were already on the leak and got a small update, like 8mb, you likely only received the updated bar files as well as anything Vzw related you deleted (MyVerizonMobile, etc). Everything looks as it should from your screen shot
