    Anyone experiencing the sound cutting off while using BBM video calls? Didn't see this as one of the bugs listed.

    Do you have BBM channels installed or the default BBM? I have Channels installed.

    My BBM video calls start out normal with sound, then the sound cuts off.

    Haven't installed channels yet. I just tried with a friend whose sound was working. Mine works now and her's doesn't. How bizarre.
    There has to be a fix for this.

    Just finished with another test. Was able to go for 39 minutes with no issue. Seems random. Try restarting your phone.

    Has anyone made any progress with this? I recently installed 10.2.1.1055 on another Z10 and the sound cuts off after 2 minutes. Meanwhile, my Z10, on the same OS, works fine. Also, I have channels on my working phone. The other doesn't. Channels messes up the new smileys, but I don't know if it does anything for BBM video sound.

    I'm thinking of putting an old version BBM .bar on it.

    This variant of. 1055 fixed the same issue for me.
