    I was at work and nobody had a card adapter. Since it removed the option to enable USB Mass Storage when stuck in this situation, I had to get it hooked up to the computer some how. Eventually I thought of putting in a 4gb card I had in my work's on-call BlackBerry. Turned on USB Mass Storage and plugged it in. Removed the 4gb card and stuck in my 64gb card and voila, 64gb card connected to my computer via Mass Storage. Thanks to pooger for the Verbatim link, I formatted it to Fat32 with ease. Disabled USB Mass Storage, removed the card and popped it back in. Success. Back in action and no having to downgrade/upgrade. Copying my files back now. Lesson learned: Search the forums to see if it's functioning before testing it out myself. I was pretty eager to have it use ExFat so I could put my HD movies on my phone for during down time.

    Same issue - 64GB MicroSDXC is only able to be used when formatted FAT32. I've tried on a Z10 and Z30 with 10.2.1.1055 and earlier on 10.2.1.476 (only on the Z10). I've seen a few leaks that specifically note support for exFAT however I do not believe it is actually supported as the driver that needs to be downloaded appears to be unavailable/uninstallable/nonfunctional.

    "file:///pps/system/filesystem/properties" reports:
    Code:
    [n]@properties
    filesystems:json:{"qnx4":{"support":"unknown"},"qnx6":{"support":"available"},"fat":{"support":"available"},"exfat":{"support":"unknown"},"ext2":{"support":"unknown"},"ntfs":{"support":"unknown"},"hfs":{"support":"unknown"},"udf":{"support":"unknown"},"rcfs":{"support":"available"}}
    which I take to mean under 10.2.1.1055 exFAT support is, well, *unknown*.

    Has ANYONE successfully mounted an exFAT card on a BB10 device running any OS version?

    Thank you. I was having the exact same problem as the OP except I have a Z10. I tried everything that was listed in this forum and in this one http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&...,d.aWM&cad=rja

    This program allowed my 64GB SDXC card to work on my Z10 after upgrading to 10.2.1.1055.

    Formatted to FAT32 and my 64gb card works wonderfully. Can't wait for exfat support though.

    I am using patriot. Acted funny when it was exfat. Works fine as fat32 but the write speeds are definitely not what they were rated.

    Okay I had this exact same issue haha. Luckily I had my Z10 (running 10.2.0.424) still kickin around, put it in there, formatted and voila.
    The only reason I could see this happening is if 1055 has issues and using an older SW release would fix this. Additionally, BB10, when formatting and getting drivers and whatnot, makes the SDXC card Unix root capable using NTFS, even though I thought it could only handle FAT32.

    Really odd - ran into the same error as OP on 10.2.1.1055. Put the card in a friend's Z10 running 10.2.0.X and it formatted in about 30 seconds without an issue, and then my 1055 recognized it immediately. Whatever, it works now - thanks!

    fyi...i had this problem last wk. about 2 wks ago, i bought a 64gb sdxc (samsung). i formatted it in my q10....i can't recall if i was using 10.2.1 or 10.2.0 to format it. anyhow, card formatted fine and i loaded up my music on it w/o issues. last wk, all of the sudden, my phone showed there were problems with the card. So, to verify i took it out and used a card reader in a windows 7 machine, just to validate all my files were there....they were. When i put the card back in my phone, all of the sudden it began working. Not sure if there was some type of signature written to the card when i hooked it up to my win7 box. i had tried re-seating the card many times b4 this so not sure what caused it stop working, or start workin, but...

    Just in case no one found out how to properly format the card:

    Just go google up: hp format tool - download it, and it will allow you to format practically any usb card including your SD card into FAT32. The phone will not support NTFS. And the exFAT isn't work with the drivers for the 1055 for some reason, I found that out with the new 64 gb Sandisk card I bought her...so I formatted it using that utilizing and voila, it works!

    Since day 1, I've used my card as a FAT32 format vs exFat and no problems with it.

    Does a 64 GB SanDisk Ultra microSD card work in a BlackBerry 10 phone if it's running a carrier-released OS version and the card is first formatted?
