    Welcome to CrackBerry. Yes, 10.2.0.429 is an official OS, being pushed out by some carriers, but not all at the same time. As already noted, this has been posted in the forum already. If you come back to visit us, as we hope you will, you'll find that many of your questions may have already been discussed.
