10.1 Android Runtime?

Cb-ers, I've been looking all over the forum and Google for the 10.1 runtime to replace the 10.2 unlocked android runtime I've installed recently on my Q10 (I just want it to stay as 10.1)

Any links anywhere? (I've tried a couple links a member provided to me in one of the threads, but it didn't work).

P.S. I have a Z10 as well, that one is running the 10.2 OS (Leaked of course :) - Lovin' it)

If you don't mind my asking, why do you want to downgrade?

10.1 runtime ran a lot more apps for me than 10.2, games like CSR Racing, Jackpot Party and Apps like XBMC no longer function on 10.2

I want to keep Q10 as an official device as it's my main device. My Z10 is the one that has the 10.2 on it. I wanted to separate and test it out before making drastic changes to my Q as I'm not ready to risk losing a lot of the contents on it.

So you want to replace the unlocked runtime that is on your Q10 (running 10.1) with the 10.1 runtime?

I don't know what version you have but here's the 2 runtime files from 10.1.0.4780, if you're on 4500+ then these will likely work for you but if you'd prefer a specific version, reply back with the version number.

That's the two links I've tried and they didn't work.

I had installed the Unlocked Android runtime which turns out only for the 10.2 devices but my Q10 is running a 10.1 which turns out to not be effective. That is why I want to revert back to 10.1 on my Q but can't find effective links for the 10.1 runtime anywhere.

Not going to work. I had the same issue with my Z10. I have installed 10.2.0.1725 with debug token plus unlocked runtime and DID get the 2 apps to work now. (Leo's RC Simulator and Drag Racing Bike Edition!)....Apply for the 2 needed files from BB and create a Debug Token for yourself and see if that doesn't help. Search these forums for detailed info on how to do this....

I was hoping I wouldn't have to update to the leaks for my Q. I will have to bare without it until the 10.2 officially releases.

They should download fine. Is the problem getting the bar files or with installing them?

Yup just sideload android runtime thurask give you after that do hard reset it will solve your problem
