    Hey, I have a bbm message that always stays unread. I opened it, I also tried to delete it and I reset the hub, nothing works.

    Any suggestions?

    I've never had this issue, but besides what you've already done I'd go into Hub settings to Hub Management and toggle on then off the show BBM in Hub.
    This is just what I would try next if I had your issue.

    Also may wanna try a soft reset, hold both Volume up and Volume down buttons at the same time till you get to the Purple loading screen then let go both buttons.

    Some will say do a battery pull, some swear against a battery pull. But if it's that annoying you may wanna try it at your own risk.
    I've done numerous pulls without any noticeable problems.

    Toggling off and on from hub management didn't work , It is a bbm group msg that won't delete, I even left the group and it still remains there.

    You may also want to try resetting Hub.

    I have the very same problem. But it appears with an email of mine. I cannot open, forward, read, reply or anything with it. It is very annoying as the hub always predicts you that you have an unread message. I appeared right after OS 10.2 came out.

    My solution before was to delete the mail account and add it again. That solved the problem. However, this is not helpful if you download the emails from the last few years since it takes to much time and guess what: Blackberry Travel starts adding all the information again. Thus, I am not in the mood to delete my account again.

    Anyone else has a solution? And yes, I marked the email as read and unread before in my mail account settings.
