And I have no idea why? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my phone, all to no avail.

The game opens and displays the (sideways) logo, and that's it. It's frozen on that screen permanently. Has anyone else encountered this issue before and know what I have to do to get it to work?

I'm using the latest official firmware.

I had been using TunnelX on my Passport for months. Up until now, the only problem I had encountered was not being able to sign in. This week, however, I noticed the same problem as you, namely, that it freezes on the intro page. I've also tried deleting and re-installing to no avail. Anyone have any help they can offer??

I'm really surprised. I wasn't able to run Tunnel-X on my Z10 with the 10.3.2 updates, but when I upgraded to a Passport, it worked fine.

Post script: after several attempts to uninstall & reinstall, I eventually got TunnelX working on my Passport. Can't definitively say the reason but my successful reinstall was after I finally updated to 10.3.2. Cheers.

I'll try again, there was nothing I could do to get it working. I originally downloaded it as my cousin was playing it on his Passport and it looked great
