    Hi,

    I have Pou app from BlackBerry World and it had worked fine until I upgraded my OS to 10.2 (official version). I have also BlackBerry Runtime for Android from the BBWorld and it doesn't help at all. How can I fix this?

    Will it work if you remove the BlackBerry Runtime for Android? I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the app at all.

    It started to crash before I installed BlackBerry Runtime for Android. It crashes either the Runtime is installed or not.
