Do the app/games that I paid on PlayBook are able to be transferred to BB10? Not in mood to pay 2 times for same game to have on same account but different devices....

It depends on few things. First, the devs must update their apps to work on BB10 and submit them to the store (otherwise, the apps won't even be available on BB10). If the dev submit to BB10 as different App, you'll have to pay for it again (if it is the same app but with a new supported device, you won't have to pay for it). Personally, all my games are available on both platforms and you'll need to pay only once but not every devs are thinking the same as me.

It could possibly have the same name, but it depends how the dev submitted it. If they re-submitted as a new app, despite name being the same it will require payment again.

Sometimes this has a bit of a hiccup with apps that should be free on extra devices. To experiment, try to purchase it. You will be given a confirmation screen so you could cancel before the sale registers. But I've had once or twice where I had to push the button to purchase for BB World to acknowledge it was already bought and make it available for download.

Before you go through that step, of course try refreshing My World first.
