All BlackBerry 10 phones can play mine craft even the q5, but for the best experience I would suggest the z30 due to its big screen or the z10 for its bright display

I would go for z10 because I have both devices. Large screen is nice on the z30 but not bright enough to play easily.

This is an android app running on bb10 so your battery won't last very long

Had a personal and a work 9900 before I got my personal Z10, now I can't go back to my work 9900 , and have since upgraded from Z10 to Z 30 and the keyboard is mind-numbing good you should give it a try for a couple weeks I can type twice as fast on the Z30 as I ever could the 9900

Does creating a new worl on the v0.8 aplha build that you show in the screenshot work when creating a new world? Each time i tr to start a new world, I cannot type anything in. I can play, but the world never saves and I have to start over again.

I hook up my Z10 with a 42" TV using HDMI cable. So my 10-year-old son always plays minecraft on a 42" TV. He says BB10 smartphone is cool and smart to have HDMI out. Now he admits his iPhone sucks, unable to hook up to a big TV playing Minecraft!

They actually do save but don't show up. All you have to do is go to create a world section and generate a world with the same name and it will load the world back up
