And for the AIR Camera and Camera as well. What are the differences in practice?

There is no big difference in practice - Camera and Browser have just been renamed to AIR Browser and AIR Camera as they are probably having a newer C++/Cascades based Browser and Camera on their internal units. (The only thing that has been updated on our units is the browser engine as seen on html5test.com)
What's called Browser and Camera on your DevAlpha are just remnants from 10.0.4.x.

well, the new air browser has the web inspector. That is the big difference if you're going to develop WebWorks apps on your dev alpha.

Yea that's what others have reported as well. RIM just renamed the bar files. Both launch the AIR version of the browser and camera.

+1 for converting official RIM apps to real native apps. AIR is just a shortcut to getting apps up fast. RIM should be setting an example with quality native apps. Can't wait to see the final apps once TAT has gotten their hands on it.
