As the last year of BB 10 Framework begins, I'm thinking about what device to pick for this final episode!

Coming from the Z10, I picked up a Z30 and then migrated to a Passport for the better camera and the faster processor.

But the size of the Z10 is what I really miss on the PP.
The speed doesn't seem to be such a big difference and is neglectable on some apps, where the pure Android runtime bugs around and slows things down.
And the swipe to wake up is such a pain in the a**. I always used it on my Z10, it just felt so nice.
The camera on the other hand seems quite good. (Z30 seems to be the worst.)

So I really wanna make the best out of the last year and I'm thinking about what device to pick. I'm even thinking about buying a Classic, cause it just feels nice and is better to handle than the PP.

So what device will you pick for the last year, if you had to chose?

Maybe thinking about a "downgrade" just for sentimental reasons? (Just like me?)

Spending the last year moving on. Thankful for the good times with BB10 and thankful for the new beginning.

My recommendation is to finish out with the BB Classic if you plan to stick it out.

I'll stay with my White PP as long as possible! I like the size and the look! Best ever, as I had a PP-SE as my Business device. The SE had some flaws in the metal Cover near to the Keyboard.

EOL date is unchanged at Dec 31st 2019.

If you like all-touch, the Z30, Leap, or Z10 all work great, though you'll want an extra battery for the Z10.

If you prefer a PKB, the Classic and Q10 are both excellent and smaller than the Passport. The Q10 has a replaceable battery.

It's a lame excuse, but it has the virtue of being true. One of the things I love and hate about the BlackBerry VKB is the way it learns to repeat what I type frequently, including the errors if you ever accidentally swipe them. Over more than six years I've generated a few dozen clunkers, most of which involve the upper right hand region of the VKB (9 for 0, I for O, O for P, and K for L). I keep planning to just reset the whole thing, but never seem to get around to it.

The worst is that it's always correcting "of" to "if" and "love" to "live." Now that I've told you, you'll notice it often.

To make sure I post things in a timely manner, I often post with the errors and correct them later on these forums. But I sometimes forget or am too busy.
