I have been using the dev alpha A as my daily device seen the latest up date. link for some reason is not transfering contacts I had to enter them manually. other than that I love it. after seening and feeling the Q10 I think I'm switching to full touch screen. I'm just waiting for bestbuy to start taking preorders so I can be the first ine inline to buy 3 of them.

Using just my Dev device since Thursday.
So far really happy, however a bit limited due to the known issues (no pdf reader, not full software release).
No problem with contacts, however I'm running it against Exchange / Active Sync.

Yea after the update I popped in my sin from my bold 9900 and have now finally left that era behind. The z10 goes on sale on Tuesday so I have been using this as my phone till then. It is awesome, except for some apps but I side loaded everything I needed. If it wasn't for the hardware and some things the dev alpha os doesn't have I would just use this as my phone from now on.

Regarding the contact sync, some other threads say it works over bluetooth.

Just started using the dev alpha a as a daily driver yesterday after getting a microsim. So far so good. Now I can carry one less phone. I was carrying three phones before (9900 for work, android personal phone, and the dev alpha). Can't wait get my hands on the LE. RIM needs to send me my confirmation email though...

I used my Dev Alpha A as a daily driver for one day and it worked perfectly. I was able to transfer everything over from my 9810 using link, except calendar entries. I added 2 Hotmail, 1 Gmail, 1 IMAP school account and 1 Exchange work account without issue.
The only reason I stopped using it was the fear of losing the phone with no BlackBerry Protect installed and i'm picking up my z10 on Tuesday.

Using (DAa) it for a week now, first with the watermarked 10.0.09.2372 os, now with the (updated) 10.0.10.263. Almost fine, some glitches with 2372 (browser artifacts, some memory issues), will report in a few days with 263. P.S: yes I have data w/ 3G only, probably because my SIM was BIS activated before on my 9900 (?).

I think because the Dev Alpha A only supports up to 3G? The Dev Alpha B supports LTE.

I'm using 10 Dev AlphaPRO100-2/10.0.10.263 as an everyday blackberry. I'm about to take off the bis because I stated early and in other threads, bis is not needed. I do believe this is why my gps Does not work from time to time and my BlackBerry loses data every now and then.

I've been using my Dev A as kind of a mini-PlayBook; with 10.0.261 from that bootloader. It's been reasonably good; if nothing else it has been a great opportunity to familiarize myself with the OS.

    I have a Dev Alpha.Please answer.An experiment:
If we flash Dev version OS (no features)
And load bar files of leaked OS(FB,Twitter,etc..)....Will it work easily.I mean the browser is always crashing on leaked version and games also, cause of low free Ram.

    So will it work...
