I have follow all the step on the dev alpha website, and I open wipe.dat, and update, when the 1 of 2, some error sunddenly happens, they say there an error while you're updating, and boom. The loader quit.

I feel furated for a long time , the desksoftware manger have download 31 of 58 when the error happens.

I am using 10.0.4 now>>>>>>>>>>>>>any ideas?

So, you downloaded the installer, installed the .msi file on your Windows computer, connected the device via USB, then ran the .bat file, right?

I think one of the steps they forget to mention is installing the .msi file.

yes, i have install the AppLoaderWebSL_7.1.0.34.msi. but the erro occur in downloading the modules
