This is a reply I just got on my mail to BA:

Good afternoon Jurgen,

The devices are being shipped out in the order in which they were received. Due to limited quantities this batch of LEs has been shipped. The next batch of Limited Edition Z10s will be going out early May! You will receive an email notification when the device ships that will include all necessary tracking information.

No news yet, I'm one of those people still waiting for any tracking information, complained three times, but no answer about that subject

I am too in the same boat. I live in Russia, but UK warehouse ships it for me. Their support is overloaded. As far as I am concerned, there is only one person replying for all devs emails. I asked her about 2 weeks ago if I could get model -3 instead of -2 or -1 that they are suppose to ship, but I did not get any reply yet.

I also asked BA about getting the -2 model instead of -1 about one week ago and I received the standard response that:

Certain Countries are receiving certain LE models. We are unable to change which model you will be receiving.

It's almost 2 months now when "my" Dev Alpha was delivered to GCSS warehouse and still no tracking info from their side... :-\

I believe that BlackBerry will ship the right version to each country after the recent events, please give it sometime.

Currently those of us who are waiting a swap haven't heard anything so it's a little frustrating that this has happened.

I'm not concerned, it took 8 weeks for my -1 to ship so I know eventually the -2 swap will happen.

Those who got wrong -1, will get their -2 swap soon. But those who got nothing so far (neither -1, neither -2) and requested -2 before sending wrong device are out of luck simply because both blackberry and brandalliance are playing dumb. Early may is going to pass very soon and the deadline will become mid/late May. And then it'll be postponed again, and again.

I got same response from BA. My DA was picked up on Feb 12th and still they did not ship it! BB`s logistic sucks. They are super slow. Device is out for more than 3 month, but they did not ship it to devs. Same situation with DAC. What is the point of making prototypes and ship them AFTER the release date of final device? I still did not get mine.

In your email it will quote ZB*******-********-** the first 2 letters plus 6 numbers is the city link tracking number you can ignore the rest.

An number was 190X but the tracking number was sent in direct response to an email I sent requesting one as my DAC got sent back to blackberry as the delivery driver kept trying the wrong apt.

Where did you read/find that out? I'm still waiting for my device and I'm really freaking out that the delivery will fail because of the missing tracking information

Hi All,

A friend of mine just got his LE (-2 version). So they don't really prioritize the swap process, it's just one of the things they're doing.
