Since we all now know that we will keep the DAC and they won't be remotely blocked or killed by BBRY, how many of you are looking forward to swap the DAC internals to a Q10 housing?

I know I'm doing it and probably Ben, not sure who else would do it.

Also let's post links where We find Q10 parts.

I think I would also do it too because I was thinking about accessories they wouldn't fit our devices so that's one reason why I would change the housing. The other is that it looks sexy!!

You can get the parts here Buy q10 From EtradeSupply.com although a couple of them are not in stock right now.

We need to ask BB for OEM housing. I am sure they could provide it for cheap cause it costs almost nothing to produce them. It is too expensive to buy it from retailers and they do not have all the parts.

The DAC has a better design than the Q10, so I just want a rubberised version of the DAC. This hard plastic is too slippery.

I don't understand why anyone would spend hundreds of dollars to make the unique and rare DAC look like the mass produced Q10. I certainly wouldn't.

I agree with Saiga, I will keep my DAC.. The main reason is there are only 1500 in the world. It is priceless.

They started making dev alpha a case wayyyy before z10 was announced, they were also sold on eBay from hong kong.

I think the Dev Alpha A cases may have existed because they were originally supposed to be BlackBerry Colt cases. Lol

Maybe not though, I agree, I'd love a case for the DAC. Especially since the hard plastic is very easily scratched on this phone.
