I am not able to load version Autoload-DevAlpha-10.0.10.263.exeI get to the connect then it reads the bootloader phone reboots then nothing.

Running 10.0.9.2372 which seems pretty stable but has a few bugs that i am hoping were corrected in the 10.263

Anyone able to get that loaded on theirs?

If you disconnect then reconnect your BlackBerry after it shuts down it'll connect.
But why would you load .263? It's not full BB10.

If someone could clarify this I would be grateful :

I have 10.0.10.261 on my Dev Alpha A, complete with the watermark. If I understand correctly, performing the update to 10.9.10.235 will get rid of the watermark and allow me to keep the extra functionality of the full Z10 OS?

    I meant 10.9.10.35, not 10.9.10.235!

Nope, it'll disable most of Z10 features (fb, twitter, etc)

You can upload from 263 without problems. Everything will just work (almost) and you'll get rid of the watermark.

APN problem remains unsolved. Does anybody knows how to edit hosts and if hosts column be used to resolve BIS servers to our local Internet providers?

Facebook and Twitter and Such will work.
Protect, Dropbox integration, and some others will not.
Dropbox is what killed it for me.

Sorry to repeat myself but I understand lots of people must have the same problem. Does anybody know how to modify APN in a Dev Alpha and /or how to buy a BIS directly to BlackBerry?

BlackBerry 10 doesn't really use BIS or at least doesn't need it, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.

A word of warning. I wasn't able to do any sort of backup on 2372, but things were OK on .261, even importing some data from an old device worked.

The tip given didn't work. If I am not mistaken that solution only works if you have any BIS account associated to your SIM. That replies to the other question. To use the Internet you need to edit APN (something like a router or a proxy). Dev alpha A don't let you. Yet lots of people say they didn't need to. So i understand there is some hard coded BIS APN configured in dev alpha a driver.

Does anyone know what's the difference between 10.0.09.2372 and 10.0.10.261? My Dev Alpha B is currently on 10.0.09.2372 and it's working great. I just want to know if it's worth it to upgrade. Any significant changes?

From what I hear, it breaks Dropbox Integration and a few other things.. not worth it to.

Although I don't use Dropbox, I think Dropbox and the few other things are only broken when updating to the official DevAlpha build .263.
