    Hi I would like some help I had the SO 10.2.0 and every thing was working fine but I could not get apps like candy crush or kik to work so I installed the 10.2.1 last night and this is where it has all gone wrong this is what is not working I can't get no sound with incoming ring tones and every thing is on I can't get to set my alarm, I can get my text, email and I can get the sound on my apps and I can find the the icons for the clock and music and photos hope someone can help me thanks

    Welcome to the forums!

    Plug the device and run the autoloader again. Should fix all issues.
