try to back up your data or return the phone to its owner
He's a member of CB since Aug 2012, and got over 1800 posts. I think it's better to hold off for a while, and find out what happened before accusing someone of possessing someone else's stuff!

My CB app shows different data.
That may be a different glitch. Still, you're right, there is no need to accuse anybody.
I thought "ask a question" members will always have "crackberry question" in their first post?!
My understanding is that "Ask a Question" is predominantly for unregistered users that just want to ask one question and not register on CB. After posting the question they are unable to post further responses to it as they are not registered. That's why it's pretty silly of them not to include all pertinent information in that one post - a frequent occurrence unfortunately.
Registered members can also post in "Ask a Question", but are generally discouraged from doing so since they should have enough experience to know a more appropriate specialised sub-forum.
When I enter the password the password box goes blank and I can't access the device. What do I do?
OK, going on the assumption that you're getting a weird glitch when you try to enter your password -- and you in fact know your password -- if you use link, it will ask you to enter it on your computer so a visual glitch on the phone should not matter. If you know the password.
