Supposedly a high end (Windermere spec) all-touch device. May or may not be a modified Ontario series.

So far there's nothing in the OS that says Manitoba even exists (unlike Ontario).

The best bet is to get a Windermere OS, as Windermere/Ontario/Manitoba(?) OSs are entirely separate from pre-existing BlackBerry devices.

I've seen one of the (supposed) roadmaps, but OS references are more definitive than a friend of a friend.

Depends. Can't go into details but basically if they're not testing it for the OS it won't be in there. Wait for 10.4 leaks...or an different version of 10.3
