I got BB Dev Alpha B and I upgrade it to the new dev os version 10.1 but my dial-pad is not working. When i try to call some1 its freezing. Also i'am unreachable.

Since it is a developer version you should expect some issues and bugs.

Have you tried to contact Jam Support? Their email address is somewhere there:

And no, I havent got that problem. Best thing is to contact them directly or post your question in the Blackberry Dev forums, not here in Crackberry.

Had the same problem, reverted back to BB10 OS 10.0 on STL 100-1.

Me too... reverted to official stl100-1... really made me confuse...

I'm having this same problem and it's extremely frustrating. I am unable to find online references or solutions. I've even swapped devices thru the warranty program, yet the new device is giving me this SAME issue. Is this a know issue? Help!!
