    Hi

    Bemused by this one. Running Exchange 2007 patched, with BB 10.2 patched to MR5 (had issues with MR6). Over 1,500 handsets on using a mixture of Silver server based licenses & Gold SIM based licenses. Using ActiveSync.
    One Leap handset, patched up to 10.3.2.2639, with a Gold SIM license (verified on BlackBerry site) & set to "Work and Personal - Regulated".
    This worked originally, but now reports "Status: Active- Quarantined". I can't see a reason why. There have been a few similar, resolved by removing the account from the handset & re-adding it.
    Does anyone know why this occurs & if there is a better resolution that re-adding the account?
