10.2 SDK on Dev Alpha A does not boot. It hangs on the screen where it says "BlackBerry" and doesn't boot up.

Im asking if anyone else with a Dev A wants to give it a shot.

Yeah I ran into the same issue. Haven't had time to check it out but mine was stuck saying "Blackberry" as well.

Guess I'll revert it back to 10.1 unless someone else has any luck with it.

FYI, on the download page for 10.2, it states the following:

Note: You may attempt to load the latest Dev Alpha B update onto your Dev Alpha A, however the The Dev Alpha A is no longer officially supported as of 10.1.0.1485. If you encounter any issues please downgrade back to 10.0.10.263 using the Autoloader method.

Yes, however 1485 does run on the Dev Alpha A (using the Alpha B version). There must be something in the 10.2 that the Alpha A is no longer compatible with.

I guess it's the radio file which doesnt work on the DA. I guess its best to wait for a STL100-1 autoloader for you guys.

Dev Alpha A has pretty old hardware. Also, 10.2 might not support OMAP4430 fully, thats why your device isn't booting properly. Try reflashing the OS and don't forget its ALPHA!
