Several people are having that problem.
I have not found a solution yet.

BlackBerry has no idea.
I've had an open support ticket with them for about 3 weeks now.
Sending logs daily, but they say the logs didn't capture any relevant info.
Starting with Google Talk as well recently.
Bah!
That started to happen after I updated to 10.2.0.1791. After days of entering the password it finally stopped happening.

I have had it on the official 10.1.xxxx for Verizon. I just installed 10.2 yesterday and have not been pestered YET! We shall see........
Mine happens only when I go in and out of my home wifi repeatedly. Never at work or out and about.
