    Hey guys been trying to send an application to someone who doesn't have any payment plan for BlackBerry World. I was willing to pay and send the link to them but found no option to do so.

    And OP it's coming.. in 10.1 in app world there is an option to redeem codes ect. Which hopefully means BlackBerry is going to make something like gift cards or at least make it easier to buy for someone else

    What the OP is suggesting (buying someone else an app) isn't piracy but the thread title (sharing an app) is.

    BlackBerry should be (that is, has been saying they will for a long time now) setting up a coupon system so you can do this, but it isn't available yet.

    For now, you could always let them use your Paypal or credit card.

    If they do come with a "gifting" option that is different. As long as the app purchase is tied to one BB ID then it would be fine.
