So everywhere i read it says Bittorrent remote was supposed to be available for blackberry 10 at launch. Why can't I see it anywhere. Can somebody point me in the right direction or help me to get it onto my phone?

Because BlackBerry hates torrent apps. Every Torrent app that has slipped into BlackBerry World has been pulled shortly after. Plus, Bittorrent wasn't going to do a native app anyway, just a port of their Android version -- which you can do yourself. Nevermind the fact you can also do it through your browser just as easy.

Also.. "everywhere i read it says Bittorrent remote was supposed to be available for blackberry 10 at launch" .. Nope, you never saw it on the CrackBerry blogs because well, we knew better lol.

There is also an app called Torrent Time available for $2.99 that claims to allow you to manage your torrent client remotely. I've not used it, so don't ask me questions about it.
Or as Bla1ze has stated, you can use the browser to manage Utorrent, which seems like a much more viable option.

Well the web based interface works but it's very inconvenient. Also torrent time states that it is to be used with uTorrent, so i don't want to spend that money if it's not going to work with BitTorrent. Can someone maybe provide me with an .apk or .bar file for BitTorrent remote?

I know about these, but I'm not looking for a torrent app, I'm looking for a torrent remote app for BitTorrent

This website has been useful to me in the past. Give it a shot and see if the bar file works.

Torrent time doesn't work like uTorrent Remote, I think it's local use only ie on a single network, and all told I think it was a waste of my 2 quid sadly.

I've tried to sideload this one but get an error saying something like '880 manifest asset list mismatch...'

So i tried torrent time and I'm happy to report that it works great with both bittorrent and utorrent. Only problem is that the setup is a bit tricky.
