    Would appreciate anyone's help on this. I just received my second Q10 and after I downloaded the "Connect to OneDrive" app, I tried to sign in and only a blank screen appears. My first Q10 runs this app perfectly. Any insights? Thanks

    I'd like to bump this thread but i'm now having the same problem.

    After entering my user information, i'm prompted to grant access and once I do, the apps says that there's an internal error and force closes.

    I know there's alternatives out there, but having it work for free within my standard file manager was awesome

    What OS and phone are you people on because I haven't had any issues. And also if you have 2-factor auth on for your outlook you need to set it up with a special password created by your account.

    And nothing has changed.

    Has worked since day one on this device. Performed a device wipe. Reinstalled the app (install vis blackberry world no restore) and now it no longer works.

    OneDrive version I have is 1.3.1.29 via BBW and no issues.

    I'm having the same issue. OS 10.2.1.3442 and Onedrive version 1.3.0.23. I would guess it's a server issue with Onedrive.

    For myself I can guarantee that nothing has changed at all. As mentioned before. Everything worked previous. Delete and re install, and now it no longer works.

    Other file manager apps can access OneDrive. The only app that can�t access is the native Connect to OneDrive by Blackberry.

    Very true and I've heard nothing but good things about Playcloud, however that doesn't explain why this is happening.
    It's an alternative fix, bandaid so to speak. I'd like to know why this is happening.

    Sorry i may not have explained myself correctly before. No two step Autho has ever been associated to the account.
    The only thing that has ever changed is that the app was deleted while a device wipe was performed and than re installed. The app will no longer access the account. My other android devices can log in and out without a problem.
