ya it's a separate device... why wouldn't they charge you? It sucks, but a majority of apps are going to be like that

because its 6 bucks! if it were 99 cents sure.. but 6 bucks on the PB and another 6 bucks on my phone? Thats a bit much for an average weather app

And there's other apps where if you bought it for the PlayBook then u get it for bb10 be weather and bebuzz usually charge for upgrades and such

They also want me to pay again, and I am just upgrading from a 9900 to a Z10.

I bought it for $10 a few years ago, and after all the activation issues, they are not getting anymore of my money.
