    I don't know much about coding or the technology behind the Android emulator but I was wondering if anyone knows why BlackBerry made an Android emulator over iOS?
    Is it simply because you can license Android and not iOS?
    Or is it deeper than that, not enough space, to difficult for BlackBerry, to difficult for devs to port?
    The only reason I am asking is because it would seem that iPhone applications would better suit the BlackBerry 10 phones due to no back button.

    IOS would not have been an option available.

    Android is open-source. The code for the Android OS is made available to the public essentially.

    iOS is very closed.

    That's what I assumed, was just asking because it seemed a better fit.
