    Ok, so I just got my Z30 in the mail, upon doing which I set it up, installed blackberry link on my laptop, and put all of my straight from CD music onto the device. these aren't DRM MP3 files, I literally put the CD into my lptop and got the songs off for every one of these. Then after putting the music on the device, it will play NEXT TO none of it. and the message it keep giving me is ithat it is an "unsupported media format", can BB10 seriously not play music from CD's? anyone know what's going on here? any help would be greatly appreciated

    How are you putting the music on your device? If you're using BlackBerry Link, don't. Just enable mass storage mode and drag and drop the files to your memory card that way.
