When I try to log in after update it ask for my Vine email address and password. I figured I would log in with the email I used to create the account with but ask for my Vine email address. Anybody know how to get a "Vine" email address that was created with account?

I would assume it would be the email you used to create the account plus whatever password you picked. Probably if you go to their website there is a process for resetting the info if you have forgotten. From a computer go to their website and look for a forgot login, or forgot password link.

It's very odd. When I try it inside of Whine says neither email was used. Wonder if I screwed up and typed my email wrong or something.
