    Hi guys,

    I think I saw a post on this already but the latest version of WhatsApp has bought numerous issues... the most frustrating is the double entry in the Hub. It's stopped BeBuzz from working, and chats from within one of the Hub entries cannot be deleted. I can manage the two Hub entries separately in the hub management section too. I have no new WhatsApp updates available via BB World.

    It happened after my device ran out of battery (the first time the device had switched off since downloading the latest WhatsApp update). I'm running 10.2.1.176 but had no problems until the device switched off.

    I've attached a few screenshots for your viewing pleasure. Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Just check that you have the latest version of whatsapp 2.11.240.2

    Checked - I have 2.11.240 (doesn't drill deeper than that)

    Hi,

    I had the same symptom. The problem has been solved for me by uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling whatsapp.

    Uninstall has fixed the hub, thanks! BeBuzz still isn't working with WhatsApp though, works fine on calls and texts though... will repost issue :-)

    I looked in my BB World if there is an update on the Phone, there wasn't
    and i looked on the laptop in BB world , There is an update (2.11.529)
    And if i download the new software then i see Whatsapp double in the BlackBerry Hub

    Is there A bug ??

    For what it's worth, Hub++ has been having the same problems with WhatsApp since the update as well.

    I looked in my BB World if there is an update on the Phone, there wasn't
    and i looked on the laptop in BB world , There is an update (2.11.529)
    And if i download the new software then i see Whatsapp double in the BlackBerry Hub

    Is there A bug ??
    Like others have indicated, uninstall the app, reboot, then reinstall.

    As of right now:
    Our latest version for BlackBerry 10 is 2.11.240.
    Our latest version for BlackBerry OS (7 and below) is 2.11.529

    The website is likely just showing you the highest overall number, which can be confusing as these are two completely different apps which share the same entry on BB World. They are version-numbered independently from each other, so don't expect their numbers to match up.
