I find that the native Maps isn't necessarily reliable since in multiple occasions it took me completely off the way that I needed to go to.
So, do you know a REALLY good app that doesn't cost a lot of money?
I mean, the rest of the world can use Google Maps for free. What about us?

Waze is cool. I only miss the speed limit next to my real speed.

    How about Google maps?

That's what I use on my Q10. Just sideload it.

Pretty sure this is the right one.

Have you tried Navfree? It's FREE and in BBWorld.

You can download both waze and Google maps. Both are great. Waze is download able from Amazon apps and Google maps from SNAP (assuming that you've sideloaded SNAP). Both are great. I find that Waze crashed periodically and goggle maps iis more stable, but waze has better warning, features, etc

Another great navigation app is MAPS.ME.
It is very reliable, shows a lot of POIs and is also available offline.

You can find it in the Blackberry World.

I've been using Waze for close to 2 years now. Excellent! Good directions. Good traffic info. Radar trap warnings. A bit glitchy on my Q10 at first, but much improved stability lately. I did download it from Amazon, as it still isn't on BlackBerry world for the Q.

Waze is there for the Z10. It constantly crashes. BlackBerry maps works better.

One more for NavFree. My main aspect is: you can download the maps you need and then navigate completely without a permanent data connection. This can be valuable in a foreign country if you have to pay high roaming costs. It even saves a lot of energy which can also be valuable if you have only 10% of power and you still haven't reached your target location.

I use BeMaps on BlackBerry World.

It uses the Google data find the location and poi, then transfers to BlackBerry Maps when it comes to navigation. It is really the best of both worlds.

The interface is also completely customized for BlackBerry 10 devices.

I used maps.me with offline maps several times and it was good. However I read something about maps.me doing things in the background? Can anyone confirm about this behavior?

Also I will try with some android apps such as Sygic and Here. I didn't use Googlemaps when I was android user because the lack of privacy so I will no try in a BB.

I wish that more people and governments will support openstreetmaps, because it should be the future instead of gmaps

They have Google Maps for BlackBerry already, there's no reason to sideload it.
