    Hi:

    When I logged on to BB world, it clearly indicated that WeChat can be installed for BB10 Smartphone: 10.1.0 or higher. When I clicked the download button, it sent message to my Z10 phone. Once received the message, my phone tried to download the software but failed. The error message was "internal server error".

    In addition, if I searched the BB world from my Z10 for WeChat, nothing was found.

    What is happening here?

    The problem has been solved after upgrading from 10.0.x to 10.2.x.
