I love using task managers but I do think remember needs some updates
- multiple reminders with easy setup like every day, 3 days, week. I don't want to fiddle with dates
- location reminders (when i get to the grocery store address; pop up my grocery list or push it to notification)
- a bit more fo a clean/simple UI like google. I like how I don't even have to go into the note to see it. keep
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...oid.keep&hl=en
or
grid and list view like file manager but make the grid like Google Keep visually.
- toggle on and off sticky note like function. Make a loop setting allowing us to pick a time interval in between notes/tasks and let us pick all notes/task or certain ones. Also have a static setting.
- give us more spots to create notes quickly like in HUB and Quick Setting (when clicking the Quick Setting Remember a pad drops down like the quick reply feature)
- Handwriting feature for people with a stylus
- better colour coding
- One Note integration since it's 10x better then Evernote.
- [BBM Groups] Syncing with BBM Groups
share folders/notes/tasks in BBM Groups when edited folder/note/task syncs on your phone as well. Share with contacts.
I use BBM groups all the time and it doesn't handle tasks lists that well. You clip on the task and it wants you to edit it.
- [BBM] Syncing with BBM contacts
- fonts and formatting (bullets)
- password protect folders/notes/tasks
- time stamps
- backup/restore on SD card, BlackBerry Protect and cloud services like box, dropbox and onedrive.
- lockscreen/ to of the HUB display.
- Homescreen Widget
- so far we can only choose the date of our reminders I would like to select the time AND date.
- faster way to add time/date
- calendar integration
- sync with blend (so far in all the blend demos/leaks remember is not present)
- Flagged options
- [Flag] let us keep flagged emails in Remember for more then a month, instead of them disappearing
- 3rd party plugins/addons/extensions for theme/layout and extra features
- Sync with Blend and Outlook seamlessly (without having to download something like companion link
- Checklist like from Google Keep
http://phandroid.s3.amazonaws.com/wp...oogle-keep.jpg this would be good for grocery lists
- Post Bone feature - make it just as easy as the snooze button. Post bone for: 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 5 hours. Make it so it remembers our last 5 post bone times (like the email client does with email address') so we can quickly pick one.
BBM Channels Integration: (kind of like channels manager webapp)
1) Word Count (this would be useful for a host of other reasons too, but mainly because channels has a word limit
2) The ability to share to a channel so that:
- the Title becomes the title
- additional notes becomes the message (not even sure why it's additional notes since the first bit is just a title but that's an issue not a feature)
- any picture/.gif attached (if more than one then it picks the first one) becoming the post picture
3) the ability to automatically post channel posts at a set time via the 'reminder' feature in Remember, which could work in a way that on the set time a prompt appears to ask if you would like the channel post posted, or to edit before you post
4) A dedicated folder for channel posts to differentiate them from other generic notes/reminders
This would also make it logical to add the 'tagging' feature currently available to Remember to channels, which just might enhance the channel searches and make it easier for people to find their interests..
I understand that there would be some complications to this process and welcome discussion, maybe the two applications are too different? Something to consider anyway, it may help boost channel usage
What would YOU guys want to see in Remember
