OP, which country are you from? Perhaps you can develop some certain country specific apps too. Other apps I would not mind paying for is a data tracker app - see the amount of data i have used, something similar to Onavo on iOS and Android. Also, an app that gives you an option to password protect any app, like AppsLockPro in legacy BBOS.

Yeah I saw that one. I'm not to keen to spend that much money on this app. It was built for OS7, so it doesn't take advantage of any of the BB10 UI.

A hymn book app consisting of the Believers Hymn Book and the Gospel Hymn book. And have the meter and other songs that go along to the same tune. And an ability to search words and phrases. And it be a clean os as the ios version of the Believers hymn book.
