    I have installed Wechat and have configured an email account and password

    When the app is closed notifications in the hub and in the LED and sound stop working

    Notifications of any kind require that the app be open to function pretty pointless for a chat app

    Edit: reset the phone and logged into Wechat and hub notifications work, sketchy will keep testing to see if this is consistent

    I can't log in via my wechat id. I can only log in via sms. Anyone having the same issue? By the way my wechat id is the default one, i have never updated it yet.

    Yup you can't use the hub to reply. When you view the message in the hub it will open the app

    It must be for leaked os only that see then entry in the HUB. I am using the official on from tmobile... 10.1.0.2006. i dont see it. I have it connected through SMS and email.

    I can't get the look around function to work. I keep getting the message "No one is using this function near you at the moment. Please try again later." I have location/gps services on and permission granted to WeChat on as well. I've tried reinstall and restart as well. OS 10.1.0.273. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix?

    No i mean, when i log in using my wechat id, and key in my password, it always says invalid password/id, even when im 100% sure i got it right. The only way for me to access we chat is by getting a code via sms....

    You have to create a wechat id. I don't think you can use the default one.

    Can anyone help me?

    My Wechat does not come up in Hub. I have the notification settings all in ON. I also leave the app open, just in case. I have logged in using my Wechat I'D and have email and phone number connected to it in their settings menu. Still no spot in Hub for Wechat.

    I am on TMOBILE using 10.1.0.2006 and just got an update for this app today as well, it stated there was improvements and that the app will have texting capabilities through the Hub

    I still a have NO tab in the HUB for Wechat. Please help.

    Did you tried to reset the device?

    I'm not sure but it started to show on mine when I used Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.4633

    I think you need .4000+ OS?

    Finally got it to work. Reason is I haven't saved the wechat id. Too bad when i saved it, i didn't change it, so my id is the default one.

Then, if I immediately log out and log in on my Z10, the same look around results will come up for a few minutes, but when I try it again 10 minutes later, I get the "no one is using this function....." message.

    This is bad news. I have since upgraded to 10.1.0.4181 hoping that it may resolve the problem. It did not. So I was hoping possibly the OS 10.2 might do the trick. Since you are having a similar problem, it sounds like my hopes will be let down again.
    I find it very strange how an app will work for some people, yet works very differently for others.

    Well I'm on that 10.2 build and I have Wechat on my HUB and it works ok. Only thing not working is the "look around" part. Telling me no one is near but on an iPhone it does show people near me
