If you want this basic wallpaper changer functionality sideload the Android app Wallpaper Changer, works great on Z10 AND in the background to! Don't ask me how it does it but you can close the active frame and it will still change your wallpaper!

No way, mine keeps changing! Test it by changing the refresh time to 1 min?

When you say close the active frame do you mean navigate to another app page on your Z10 and it keeps changing? The way you make it sound is you close the app on the active frame screen and your wallpapers keep changing.

Ok I just tested it again and it seems that you have to fire up the app for the first time if you've recently rebooted the Z10 or did a battey pull. Otherwise if you set the change cycle to 1min and then close the app it still changes the wallpapers like a champ!!

BTW, when I say close I don't mean minimize. I mean KILL.
