VideoGIFer - Animated gif meme maker

Hi everyone,

it just been published VideoGIFer, my new app to make animated GIFs. Below the description you can see on BB World, I am open as usual for suggestions and fixing problems that may occur.

VideoGIFer allows you to take a short video clip, customize it, and then convert it to the popular GIF format to create an animated meme.
The finished product can then be saved and set as BBM� avatar, a contact picture, added to your Twitter profile, or even shared for others to enjoy as well!
It is also possible to save with mp4 format and share for example on FaceBook or any other social that support it.
★ You can also download any animated GIFs from internet, load and edit them into VideoGIFer.

Make you tweets, avatars, contact pictures, and other GIF compatible apps stand out with an animated GIF from VideoGIFer.

Limitation for BBM� avatar: squared, 333px, 32 Kb.
Limitation for contact picture: squared, 333px
Limitation for Twitter profile: squared, max 384px, 700 Kb. To be better compatible you shoud choose a resolution of 48px, 96px, 128px, 192px or 384px.
Limitation for posting on Twitter: 5 Mb
NOTE:
1) the twitted amimated GIF is not yet viewable in Twitter App.
2) FaceBook doesn't support animated GIFs, you should use "Save and share MP4"
3) Since the system limits, in order to make the animated avatar works for BBM�, the file size of avatar must smaller than 32 Kb and 333px. All the hints to use the GIF are displayed in the "GIF infos" menu entry.

I have fixed the camera issue with STL100-1 and added the demanded feature to load from an existing MP4.

After choosing the "Load MP4" entry in the lower right menu, this screen is presented to the user. The marker baloon points to the starting position where the chunk of the video will be grabbed to build the animated GIF. It's also possible to swipe horizontally on the video to fine tune the marker position and see in realtime the actual video starting frame. The extracted chunk duration and frame per seconds (fps) are taken from the user Settings (swipe down from the upper edge for the Settings page).
Depending on the video size, the chunk extraction may take long time.

Another added feature is the invokation of VideoGIFer when sharing a GIF image. For example with a long tap on an animated GIF in the native browser and sharing it with VideoGIFer, it will be downloaded and opened ready to be used.

★Load an existing MP4 video stored on phone memory. A simple video editor with fine tuning will let you choose the starting point where to start grabbing the GIF sequence

★ fixed an issue when crop and scale at the same time
