It looks like it's a Viber problem not BlackBerry. And plenty of iOS and Android apps are awful. If this issue is truly fixed within a day I don't even see the problem.

Same here. Previously I had Viber downloaded from Snap. I deleted that and installed version from BlackBerry World and can't get past entering my phone number!

If I reinstall the version (which is older) from Snap it works!

And secondly is there any pros in downloading this from app world cause I do have it now from Snap.

Maybe CB should add this to their article. Anyone who goes to that article and reads it will think they can download a working viber but that is not the case. People should probably test things a little before posting. It's frustrating to have to look through the forums to see if everyone else is having this issue which apparently they are.

Geez, the one from Snap is MORE FUNCTIONAL! I even used Cobalt Tools to enable Headless. What a rip! They promised this for more than a year and all we get is this... when side loading the Android version is done in mere minutes.
