From the developers that brought you "Backup Pro" comes "Usage Pro", a calls, texts, & data usage app unlike anything you've ever encountered on BlackBerry 10. It's just arrived back in BlackBerry World after a major overhaul.

It was taken down in May 2014 and the following issues have been addressed:

1. It's use of cascades has now been entirely replaced with 100% native code for rock-solid reliability.
2. Several features requested by users have been added.
3. It's been tested by a small army of beta testers.

It's coming built into OS 10.3.

If the 10.3 API supports it we will add it to Usage Pro too.

Regardless of what arrives with 10.3, calls and texts usage counting isn't.

But rest assured that whatever OS 10.3 brings we will be adding some AWESOME features. Like real-time cloud logs and GPS fencing/tracking.

Has anyone got ideas for where Usage Pro should go with regards to new features?

Currently we will add an option to filter out any of calls, sms, mms, or cellular data for evenings/weekends from the quotas on the overview panel.

Someone has suggested a Hotspot quota.

Others have suggested a cost calculator. But having the app actually calculate costs by adding cost per unit fields can make things very complicated. There are all sorts of carrier plans out there.

Let me know your thoughts.
