    The Elements (Reference App)

Hi, I just want to first thank everyone who purchased my app "The Elements" so far.
It's a niche app, being a Periodic Table, so I wasn't really expecting too much. But it was the first app I'v ever built, so seeing its success is pretty awesome and motivating for me.

I'm just posting this as an update on some things to expect in the coming months regarding the app for those who have purchased it.
    1. Change in background for listview as it is somewhat hard to read on the Z30 due to the opposing color schemes between the Z10 and Z30. (This in my opinion is a pretty stupid aspect on BB's part, esp since you can't change the font for the list items--for example, if the background is white on the Z10, it'll be ok because the font is black. However if the background is white on the Z30, it'll be very hard to read b/c the font on the Z30 is very light grey...worst) - If anyone knows how to change the font color for the listitems in a listview alone. Please, please let me know!
    2. Links to the wikipedia page for each element for individuals who need to know more details about elements
    3. More gird views. Right now, the grid view can only be filtered on "element blocks" and "element groups". I plan to add things like Element Size, Num of Electrons, and pictures of the actual elements.
    4. Get "Built for Blackberry" approved

These are just some of the things I plan to change for now. I'm in the last few weeks of my University. So with all the assignments and exams coming up I won't be able to make the changes for a while. (I'm going to give it a 2-2.5 month time period before I release an update).

In the meantime, if you purshased this app, thanks a lot, and if you have any recommendations for changes to enahnce the app, please let me know. Also, if you don't own/don't need this app but have ideas on how I can make it better, please let me know as well.

For anyone who read the above spiel and wants or knows someone who needs the app (for exams maybe), here's a link:

Congratulations with your app! Love reading first time app devs stories.
I'm looking into developing apps too, so I might post one of my own soon!

I'd also like to congratulate you. When I read a posting on a new app, especially, as you say, a niche app, I wonder how well it might do and if the developer who puts in their best efforts will be potentially disappointed in the response or limited response. Best on finishing University.
