I don't see where it states anything about an update for that theme app. I only see a download button there. That usually means either you are just on a landing page for a fresh new install or you are looking at an available app that has been previously installed and subsequently deleted and it is asking if you wish to re-install the app.
Is it possible to provide a screen shot of the app version and description prior to downloading? That may provide additional information regarding your claim.
Apps normally prompt with an "update" button before the update.

Do you have any apps by Developers of those apps? Some developers try pushing their other apps.
