    Hello everybody,

    I downloaded Viber 10 on my BlackBerry Z30 few days ago, but so far I am not able to pass the initial activation screen. Viber asks me to enter my phone number, once I do so and it gives me an error with no details. It just says error.

    Anyone else experiencing the same issue? if yes, how did you fix it?

    Note: I never had any previous Viber installations, but Viber was activated once on the number I am trying to activate when I had an iPhone 4S few years ago.

    Happened to other people as well, just read the reviews on BlackBerry World and you'll see. I can't understand how they could have messed that up since the Android version works fine, no activation issues whatsoever, at least not for me. Who tests these things, really?

    I used to have an Android version like few months ago (I wiped my device after that), but as I can remember only one very old Android client used to work fine, others (specially new ones) used to crash while doing calls. Do you recommend a specific Viber version for Android?

    The latest one available via Snap works fine for calling on my Z10 STL100-1 running on OS 10.2.1.2273. That's all I've used it for and have had no issues so far. Things have come very far since "a long time ago" and especially since 10.2.1 was released when it comes to Android app compatibility. Try it and see.

    same issue for me in my bb z10 i contacted viber support team mentioning my issue with in five min they reset my viber account .May be u already registered viber with same number before so its showing error. Viber support team will reset ur account.Now its working absolutely fine .
