Of and on I have been trying to get Uber to work on my blackberry Z10. The app has some problems finding where I am. I can correct this but when I see a ride that is available and confirm the price and request the ride I get an error message"

"oops there was an error processing your request . please visit in-app help for assistance"
not sure what the in-app help is. is there a patch that will fix this problem?

Others may chime in here as I don't use any Uber app but I think for BB10 devices you have to use the mobile Uber web site.

I tried the Uber mobile website recently on my Passport. I got really far in to the booking process but frustratingly could not complete it.

yaa is neither gives a solution to Blackberry problems nor can it reasonably replace the app.

The other possible fix is to install the Cobalt Stack then the whitelisted, patched android Uber app. Somewhere here on CB I saw this thread. You could search here for that. Maybe now is the time to find a new iOS or android device.

Yep! Lyft works too after swiping down from the top edge and zooming out to reveal all the controls.

I'm messing with the agent settings to see if I can get into Citibank, but for now I can still access my Citi account via SMS.

I can definitely confirm that it works with Bank of America's web site.

I might put my Priv back into retirement.

My days of dual carry might be over! Or at least most of the time. Thank you.
