    I just deleted this app and tried to reinstall it from the BlackBerry World so that the latest update works more effectively but to no avail. Now when I go to BlackBerry World instead of saying download it says to open. I click open and nothing happens. I have restarted my phone at least 10 times but the same issue exists. I have the pro version and this is getting frustrating. To the developer: your contact page cannot be reached for some odd reason. Try to help me out here.
